T’Lee Bakes started the way most good things do — in a home kitchen, baking for the people I love. What began as cookies for family and friends soon turned into others asking for T’Lee cookies, too.

T’Lee Bakes is a small-batch gourmet home bakery, where every cookie is carefully made and baked in batches small enough that each one gets the attention it deserves.

I bake the kind of cookie I always wanted to find and rarely did — thick, generous, soft in the middle, and full of real flavor. Quality ingredients matter here. Good chocolate, good butter, good nuts — you can taste the difference, and that’s the point.

Baking is one of the ways I show up for people. Birthdays, holidays, a rough week, a good week, or just a “because it’s Saturday” kind of day — there’s always a reason for something warm and homemade.

That’s why every batch leaves my kitchen the way I’d want it if it were coming to my own table.
